Expression of Interest for Consulting Services for Design and Supervision for Rehabilitation of the Tumo Center in Luanda. The services included under this assignment are to prepare detailed architectural and engineering designs and tender documents for the rehabilitation of the Central and the Community Digital Hub Tumo, as well as the supervision of the works for rehabilitations of the above-mentioned Digital Hubs and supervision of the supply and installation of equipment and furniture of the TUMO Center in Luanda. The scope of the services include: Technical Assessments. Architectural and Engineering Designs, Preparation of Equipment and Furniture lists and technical specifications. Preparation of Bidding Documents. Implementation Plan and the Cost Estimates. Technical Assistance in the evaluation of construction, equipment and furniture bids.
