Generated From The Maintenance Dredging Sap Project Must Be Provided To The Port Of Townsville Throughout The Project (Port Will Set Up A Sharefile System), And Before Submission Of The Final Sap Ir. •All Outputs Are To Be Provided To The Port Of Townsville In Gis Format, And Delivered With Or Before The Submission Of The Final Sap Ir.•All Submitters Are Expected To Value Add Where Appropriate For The Port Of Townsville To Consider In Delivering The Maintenance Dredge Sap Project On Time And On Budget, And To Ensure Variations To The Project Costs Are Avoided.•Port’S Standard Payment Terms And Conditions Are 30 Days From Receipt Of Valid Tax Invoice; Unless At The Time Of Arranging Procurement/Contract Other Payment Terms Are Negotiated And Approved By The Port And Supplier That Would Be More Advantageous To The Port Of Townsville.
