Remove existing bituminous sidewalks. Reconstruct bituminous sidewalks and concrete ramps with ADA compliant handrails. Construct concrete stairs with ADA compliant handrails. Regrading. Remove existing foundation drain. Install new drainage structures, piping, filter fabric stone. Waterproof exterior building foundation. Loam and seed all disturbed and bare areas. Concrete dumpster pad and installation of bollards. Minor associated site work.
