The Sasky Educational Association Is Requesting Offers For Travel Agency Services That Include Travel Service Services For Business Travel, Group Trips And Conference Travel. The Acquisition Does Not Include Domestic Accommodation Services, Boat Trips Or Car Rental Services. The Agreement Is Fixed-Term Until 01.08.2025-31.07.2027. The Sasky Educational Association Needs Annual Travel Agency Services To Implement Its Mobility Periods. Our Goal Is To Get The Services Purchased Through This As Cheaply, Easily And Safely And Centrally. Erasmus + Accreditation For Both Education And Vocational Training, Which Means That We Have Funding For Long -Term Mobility Activities. The Volume Of The Required Travel Agency Services Is To The Predictable Value Of The Procurement Is The Predicted Value Of The Personal Service To Be Acquired, As Well As The Supply Value Of The Subscribers Business (Eg Travel Tickets And Accommodation Services) For The Acquisition Of € 220,000. The Contracting Entity Will Decide On The Use Of The Option In Connection With The Final Agreement. The Choice Is Based On The Cheapest Price On The Price Form Personal Service. The Offer Must Meet The Invitation To Tender And The Requirements Mentioned Therein. The Offer Cannot Be Accepted Unless It Meets All Requirements Of The Invitation To Tender. The Procurement Agreement Will Not Be Concluded By The Procurement Decision, But Requires A Separate Written Contract. The Contract May Only Be Concluded After The Acquisition Becomes Final After 14 Days Of The Appeal Period. An Agreement Binding On The Municipal Association Will Only Be Concluded Once The Contract (Order) Has Been Signed.
