Tenders Are Invited For “Písečná Elementary School - Installation Of Pve And Long -Little Drive”

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (Hereinafter Referred To As “Pve”) On The Building Of Elementary Schools And Kindergartens In The Village Of Písečná Vratimov Incl. Battery Storage On A Turnkey Basis, Including Training Responsible Employees Of The Contracting Authority And Including Related Engineering Activities. Photovoltaic Source Installed On The Saddle Roof Of The Existing Three -Storey Building At Písečná 42, 739 91 Sandy, With An Installed Capacity Of 26.65 Kwp With Accumulation Of Excess Electricity Into Batteries With A Total Capacity Min. 9 Kwh And Min. 16 Kwh. The Pvps Will Be Used For Electricity Production And The Project Will Be Implemented Through The Installation Of Pvvs To Achieve Energy Savings At The Supply Point. The Construction Of Pvps Will Be Formed By The Installation Of Fv Panels On The Roof Of The Client Buildings. Fv Panels Will Be Installed Using A Design System Standardized For Roof Installation Listed In Project Documentation. The Construction Will Be Spread And Established To Withstand The Weather Conditions Of The Location. The Delivery Will Include Complete Technology, Assembly Of Structures, Pv Panels And Storage For Electricity Accumulation. Furthermore, The Complete Necessary Electrical Installation And The Modification Of Existing Switchboards At The Point Of Connection Point. The Contract Also Includes The Processing Of The Actual Status Documentation. Designed Pvp Incl. The Accumulation Will Meet The Requirements Of The Specified Tender Documentation And In Their Attachments By Its Scope And Operating Characteristics. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Realization Of The Reconstruction Of The Lightning Conductor On The Building According To The Project Documentation. The Obligation Of The Selected Supplier As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract Is Also Related Engineering, In Particular To Ensure The Connection Of The Completed Work To The Electric Network With The Relevant Distributor, Which Is Čez Distribution, A.S. (Hereinafter Referred To As The Distribution System Operator Or Pds ), Ie To Enable Permanent Connection (Utp) On The Basis Of The Issued Final Operator Of The Distribution System), All Necessary Permits And Consent, And Provide Proper Cooperation With The License For The Energy Regulatory Necessary Documents, If Necessary For Proper Use Of The Work. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Shall Provide All Necessary Cooperation To The Supplier. Closer Technical And Technological Description Of The Individual Components Of This Contract Is Included In Project Documentation (Annex 3 Zd), Technical Specifications (Annex No. 7 Zd) And Others Are Included In The Connection Contracts (Annex 4 Zd). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Work According To The Tender Conditions, Including The Technical Specification. All Requirements For The Contractor Resulting From The Technical Specifications Are Binding For The Contractor And Must Be Included In The Participants Offer. The Contractor Thus Ensures Complete, Functional And Perfect Implementation Of All Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment Necessary For Proper Completion Of The Work And Performing Engineering Activities, Fulfilling All Conditions For Connecting The Pvp To The Distribution Network. In Particular, These Activities Are: A) The Delivery Includes All The Necessary Work And Activities For The Comprehensive Completion Of The Work In The Entire Extent Of The Assignment. Delivery Of All Technologies, Equipment, Installations And Accessories, Including Transport To The Place Of Implementation. Installation And Assembly, Connection Of Supplied Devices And Installations. Delivery Of All Additional Materials Needed To Enable The Function Of The Equipment And Perform All The Work. The Technologies Offered Must Be New And Unused And Must Meet The Standards Under Eu Law And Technical Parameters Must Correspond To The Normatives Concerned. The Technologies Must Be Delivered To The Operating Instructions In The Czech Language (Unless Otherwise Agreed) And The Operator Training Carried Out; (B) Finding The Actual Situation Before The Start Of Implementation, The Implementation Of Its Documented And Its Confrontation With Project Documents. The Place Of Implementation Must Be Documented By Making Photographic Documentation, Describing The Status And Discussing The Facts With The Client Representatives; (C) Execution Of Starting Inspections Of Electrical And Grounding And All Prescribed Tests And Revisions According To Valid Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Czech Republic”), Incl. The Legislation Of The European Union (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Eu”) Binding In The Czech Republic And The Valid Čsn And En+ All Examinations And Revisions Must Take Place Without Any Defects; (D) Before Starting The Assembly Of The Supplied Elements, The Computing Of The Layout Of The Structures And The Load And The Submission Of The Product And System Warranty For The Structural System For The Pve Panels Directly From The Design Manufacturer For This Work; (E) Observance Of All Conditions For Implementing The Work Specified By Project Documents; (F) Adherence To All Standards Related To The Implementation Of The Contract; (G) Putting All Surfaces Of The Concerned Of The Contract To Its Original State (Roads, Sidewalks, Ditches, Culverts, Temporarily Used Areas, Etc.), Which Will Be Documented In A Suitable Manner Before The Implementation Of The Part Of The Work; H) Tests Of Operation And Control Of The Functionality Of The Entire Photovoltaic System (Or Repair The Supplied Devices That Have Faults, Do Not Correspond To The Assignment Or Do Not Show The Expected Results) - The Length Of The Trial Operation Min. 30 Calendar Days; (I) Starting, Putting It Into Proper Operation And Setting The Supplied Devices, Incl. Testing Of The Supplied Devices, Whether They Meet The Required Criteria Described In Project Documentation And Whether The Entire System Can Be Run And Operated In Perfect Functional Condition (Including The Battery Storage Guarantee Test); (J) Provision Of Utp And Meeting All Cez Distribuce Requirements, A.S.; K) Submission Of The Protocol On The Fulfillment Of The Technical Conditions For Commissioning With The Pds Distribution System From Čez Distribuce, A.S.; (L) Processing And Handing Over The Operating Regulation Of The Photovoltaic System And Training Of The Operator At The Place Of Performance; M) Detailed Documentation Of The Actual Work Of The Work, Once In Paper Form And Once In Electronic Form On The Usb Flash Drive. On The Usb Carrier In .Dwg And .Pdf Formats, The Contractor Shall Mark The Documentation Of The Actual Performance Of The Work With One Color Of All Changes That Occurred During The Work; Those Parts Of The Project That Have Not Been Changed Will Be Marked Unchanged; (N) Line And Handover Of The Assembly Diary According To The Conditions Of The Contract For Work. O) The Handover Of Technical Sheets Of Photovoltaic Panels, Converters, Batteries, Etc., Declaration Of Conformity, Protocols, Tests, Inspection Reports And Certificates For All Materials Used (Including Construction, Construction Materials, Etc.) And Equipment And Other Documents Related To The Fulfillment Of The Work Necessary For The Final Building Approval; Proof Of Documents Proving The Disposal Of The Established Waste In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll. On Waste, As Amended, As Well As In Accordance With Related Legal Regulations, The Performance Of The Overall Cleaning Of The Construction, Respectively. Places Of Implementation And Affected Surroundings, Design Of Construction Site; P) Ensuring Publicity In The Form Of An Information Poster Of The Size According To The Methodology Given In The Graphic Manual For Projects Funded By The Modernization Fund; Q) Ensuring Cleanliness On The Construction Site And In Its Vicinity, If Necessary To Ensure The Road Affected By The Operation Of The Contractor, In Particular The Arrival And Exit To The Construction Site. The Contractor Shall Ensure The Safety And Hygiene Of Work And Environmental Protection Within The Implementation; R) Connecting Inverter To Wlan/Lan To Internet Network; S) Testing The Installed Components So That The Solar Power Plant Is Ready For Operation. Ensuring The Revision Of The Work, Elaboration Of The Expert Opinion Of The Solar Power Plant; T) Ensuring Permanent Operation (Utp), Preparation And Submission Of An Application For Permanent Operation Of The Factory In The Parallel Operation Of The Factory With The Distribution System, Submitting The Application For Permanent Operation Incl. Processing Of Compulsory Attachments (Default Inspection Report, Protocol On Protection Parameters, Single -Pole Diagram Of The Factory, Production Module Document); U) Ensuring All Necessary Certificates, Declaration Of Conformity And Other Related Documents; V) All Performance And All Work Or Other Activities, Even If They Are Not Stated In This Tender Documentation If Their Execution Is Or Becomes Necessary To Properly Perform The Work.
