The Ministry Of Attorney General, Court Services Branch Invites Interested Parties To Submit Proposals To Facilitate Public, Paid Marketing Campaigns To Raise Awareness Of The Bc Sheriff Service (Bcss) And Encourage Job Applications To Become A Deputy Sheriff.A Contract Established Pursuant To This Rfp Does Not Confer An Exclusive Right To Facilitate Public, Paid Marketing Campaigns To The Province For Services Outside Of The Scope Of This Rfp. The Province Reserves The Right To Procure Such Services By Any Other Means, Including Use Of Other Agreements, Or By Other Procurement Or Contracting Methods.The Ministry Intends To Enter Into One (1) Contract With The Highest Scoring Proponent Who Meets All Mandatory Criteria And Minimum Scores, And Whose Proposal Passes The Reference Checks As Set Out In Section 7.5, If Conducted.The Anticipated Term Of The Contract Is Twelve (12) Months With The Option To Extend At The Sole Discretion Of The Province For One (1) Additional Term Of Up To Twelve (12) Months For A Maximum Contract Term Of 24 Months.The Successful Proponent Will Provide Expertise On The Most Effective Way To Reach The Ministry’S Target Audience, Focusing On Creating Recruitment Marketing Material That Highlights The Work Sheriffs Do And Is Able To Position Bcss As A Strong Employer Of Choice.The Materials Should Also Show The Benefits Of Working Within Bcss Compared To Other Law Enforcement Agencies. The Proponent Will Be Required To Design, Create, And Facilitate The Placement Of The Advertisements Into The Market.
