1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works - Construction Works On The First Floor Of The Building Of Sofia University St. St. Cyril And Methodius , Plovdiv. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Choose An External Contractor, Which Will Represent And Protect The Interests Of The Contracting Authority Throughout The Investment Process. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Implementation Of All Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Related To The Construction Activities In Accordance With The Technical Norms And Requirements Of The Legislation Related To Construction (Mainly The Spa And The By -Laws). Within This Public Procurement, The Implementation Of Repair Activities - Construction Works Are Envisaged, Related To Repair On The First Floor Of The School Building. In This Regard, Architectural Shooting Of The Building Was Also Made By The Architecture Part And The Part Electric At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Project Envisages The Replacement Of The Entire Existing Electrical Installation According To Part: Electricity From The Project. After Replacing The Entire El. Installation Will Be Filled All The Channels In The Plaster Made To Spend The Cables. All Walls Will Be Blunted And Twice Painted. It Is Envisaged To Build A Raster Suspended Ceiling Type Armstrong In All Study Rooms, Repositories, Corridors, Entrances, Lobbies And More. The Capture Of The Existing Condition Of The Site Was Made By Measurements With Measuring Instruments From A Place. All Activities That Are Subject To Performance And Award With This Public Procurement, As Well As The Necessary Types Of Construction Works And Quantities Are Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Documentation For Participation. 2. The Deadline For Execution Of All Construction Works Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Shall Be Offered By The Participant In The Technical Proposal For The Execution Of The Contract-Model No. 2, As The Same Is Subject To Evaluation According To Section V Methodology For Evaluation Of Tenders And Should Be In Compliance With The Following Requirements: The Deadline For Implementation Of The Construction Works Is At The Proposal Of The Participant, But It Should Be No Longer Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days. The Deadline For Execution Of The Construction Works Shall Start To Run From The Date Of Receipt Of A Contractual Letter From The Contracting Authority And The Signing Of The Protocol For The Access Of The Site And Ends With The Acceptance Of The Site With A Protocol For Establishing Actually Performed Natural Types Of Work - Model No. 19 And The Acceptance Protocol.
