In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 140, Para. 4 Of The Water Act (Zv), For 2025, The Mayor Of The Sofia Municipality (Co) Has Approved A Planned Program For The Cleaning Of River Beds Passing Through The Urbanized Territory Of The Co. The Cleaning Of The River Sections Included In The Program Is Carried Out In Lots. For Each Individual Position, The Co Concludes A Contract With A Contractor Company. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ai, It Is Also Necessary To Conclude An Investor Control Contract. Investor Control Obligations: Organize And Carry Out Investor Control Regarding The Terms, Quality, Quantity And Value Of The Activities Performed. Not To Allow, Without Coordination With The Sofia Municipality, The Implementation Of Activities Outside The Agreed Ones. If Necessary, The Execution Of Unforeseen Works, Beyond The Agreed Ones, To Inform The Sofia Municipality And Assist In The Preparation Of A Statement Of Findings For Approval By The Municipality. To Carry Out A Check And Approve The New Analysis Prices Prepared By The Contractor, In Case Of Pricing Elements, According To The Concluded Contracts; To Require And Verify The Documentation Submitted By The Contractor/Acts, Protocols, Etc./, As Well As To Prepare With The Formation Of The Financial Documents For Making Any Payment Of The Completed Activities; Organize The Acceptance Of Each Section By Coordinating And Drawing Up Protocols For The Opening And Acceptance Of The Activities Performed. To Monitor Compliance With The Requirements Related To Environmental Protection And Safety Equipment During The Implementation Of Activities; To Maximize The Interests Of The Sofia Municipality Before The Organizations With Which It Is In Contractual Relations; ​​​​​​​
