Building 4 Is A Service Building Of The Ulrich Barracks. The Building Is Rectangular And Three -Storey With A Canopy At The Main Entrance. The Roof Of The Main Roof And The Input Roof Are Damaged. The Sealing Of The Main Roof Is Winding And Loosens From The Insulation, Which Leads To Blowing. The Water Collects On The Input Roof Because The Drainage No Longer Works. Due To The Permanent Load On The Weight Of The Water, The Roof Bends A Bit. The Building Is In Operation Throughout The Entire Time. All Work Must Be Coordinated With This; A Risk To The User Can Always Be Excluded. The Building Was Built In 1959.
