Haus Finnish Institute Of Public Management Ltd Implements This Procurement On Behalf Of The Finnish Digital And Green Transition (Fdgt) Project. As Part Of The Fdgt Project, Haus Assigns Short-Term Experts (Stes) On Secondments To Support The Digital Development Of Public Organizations In Africa, Asia And Latin America. Secondment Is A Means To Support Digital And Green Transition In These Regions By Offering Technical Assistance Based On Finnish Good Practices In Digitalisation, While Having A Unique Chance To Forge Partnerships With Local Stakeholders. The Finnish Experts May Represent The Public Sector, The Private Sector, Civil Society Organizations, Or May Participate As Individual Professionals. The Project Is Funded By The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And Implemented By Haus. This Procurement Relates To The Engagement Of One Or More Short-Term Experts (Stes) To Provide Capacity Building In Digital Twins And Smart Building Technologies For The Facilities Management Department Of The City Of Cape Town, The Host Organisation. The Secondments Will Be Implemented In Two Phases: Phase 1 In Fall 2025 And Phase 2 In Spring 2026. Tender May Apply For Phase 1, Phase 2, Or Both.
