The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Tell About The Plans And Requirements Of The Floating Sauna In The City And To Find Out Other Issues Related To The Transfer Of Access. The Aim Is To Identify The Markets Market And To Provide Comprehensive Information On The Various Implementation Opportunities Of The Project. The License Agreement Is, In Principle, Designed For Several Years. The Goal Is To Find An Entrepreneur Who Implements The Sauna Building, Including Sauna, Dressing Room, Washroom And Toilets, And Any Other Activities/Services That Support Any Other Activities. It Is Hoped That The Entrepreneur Will Develop Sauna Services For Public Use And Throughout The Year, Relying On Existing Services In The Area And Developing The Entire Nunnalahti Area. The Aim Of The Project Is To Create An Added Value For The Residents And Travelers Of Naantali. The Access Area Is Located In A Nationally Significant Built Cultural Environment That Should Be Taken Into Account In The Design Of The Project. The City Of Naantali Is Responsible For Implementing The Electrical Connection, A Water Pipe And A Pressure Drain In The Access Area. It Is Preliminary Planned That The Actual Competition For The Project Will Be Organized During 2025. However, The City Of Naantali Does Not Commit To Implementing The Project Or Transferring Access To The Area On The Basis Of Market Dialogue, And The Descriptions / Determinations Not Bonded To The City.
