Custom Software Development Services - Tendering Contract For Delivery, Maintenance And Operation Of Aid System. It Is The Main Purpose Of The Contractor To Enter Into An Agreement With A Supplier Who Can Provide It System To Support The Contracting Service Service Service. The Supplier Therefore Provides A License For An It System For Supporting The Contracting Authority Aid Service Available To The Contracting Entity And His Or Her Citizens. The Supplier Must Implement The It System And Then Provide Operation, Support And Maintenance Of The It System. The Contracting Entity Expects To Be Able To Further Develop The It System During The Term Of The Contract. According To Section 49 (1) Of The Tendering Act, The Contracting Entity Has. 2, Assessed Whether The Contract Can Be Divided Into Sub -Contracts, But Has Considered That It Is Most Appropriate For Both Practical And Financial Reasons To Assemble The Contracts Tasks For Execution From One Supplier.
