This Tender Includes The Delivery And Maintenance Of An Ai System That, When Obtaining And Analyzing Images Of A Road Coating Surface, Can Identify Any Damage, Their Scope And Locality. The System Must Replace The Traditionally Used Main Inspections In Terms Of Registration Of The Cracks, Crackles, Patches And Impact Holes. The System Must Be Implemented On The Mobile Phones That The Contracting Entity Provides Available In The Supervisory Cars That Normally Make Operating Supervision On The State Road Network. The Supervisory Cars Are Driven By Third Parties, Cf. Section 5.4 Of The Contract. By Implementing Such Ai System, The Contracting Entity Will Achieve A More Frequent Frequency Of Updating On The State Of The Road Than Today.
