1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work Entitled Construction Of A Permanent Rain Pitch Together With An Accompanying Infrastructure On The Bukie Forestry School. Forest Nursery Located In The Bukie In The Nursery Forestry. The Investment Area Is Located On Registration Plots No. 5110/2 And 5112 Within The Registration Area No. 0006 Steeld, Grrzybów Commune, Tarnobrzeg Poviat, Voivodeship Podkarpackie, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, I.E. Water Storage Tanks, A Deep Well, A Solar Installation With An Energy Storage, Reconstruction Of The Existing Pumping Building And Modernization Of The Nursery Fence. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Project Documentation (Land Development Projects, Architectural And Construction Projects, Technical Projects), Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Includes Annex 10 To Swz, Stite Of Works (In Industries: Construction, Sanitary, Electrical Development Of The Area - Includes Annex No. 9 To Swz), Which Consists Of: 1) Documentation Regarding The Construction Of A Stationary Irrigation System With A Set Of Pumps And Control Apparatus; 2) Documentation Regarding The Construction Of A Deep Well; 3) Documentation Regarding The Construction Of Ground Water Storage Tanks For The Needs Of The Irrigation System; 4) Documentation Regarding The Construction Of A Free -Standing Solar Installation Together With The Energy Storage; 5) Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Building Economic On The Pumping Plant; 6) Documentation Regarding The Modernization Of The School Fence. 3. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Used In Swz And In The Attachments May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, In Each Case, The Statement That The Description Or Feature Of The Product Described, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Are Understood By Those That Have Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And/Or In The Attachments To Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In Opz. The Contractor Has The Burden Of Equivalence. When Choosing Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure The Achievement Of Indicators Specified In Opz.4. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Goods Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority And Are Only A Quality Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract.
