The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Task Renewal Of The Court Park In Bojszów Consisting In Particular In:  Construction Of The Playing Pitch - Bulodrome;  Preparing The Area For The Construction Of The Brine Graduation Tower;  Delivery And Assembly Of Brine Graduation Tower (Prefabricated Element) Along With The Electrical Power Supply And Supply Of Salt Small Architecture In The Form Of Benches, Breeding Booths And Birds, Insect Houses And Educational Boards;  Supply And Planting Of Plants In The Form Of Perennials, Bushes And Decorative Grasses;  Performing Care Treatments Of 76 Trees. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By: A) Land Development Project With Drawing Boards, B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, C) Technical Design - Electrical Installation, D) Dendrological Inventory Of The Stand, E) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Stwiorb). Agreements. The Above Documents Constitute Attachments To Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions: A) If The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.
