The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Solar Lamps In The City And Commune Of Niemcza Administered By The Commune Of Niemcza - Lighting Of The Area With Photovoltaic Sets, As Part Of The Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The City And Commune Of Niemcza Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task: Construction, Reconstruction And Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The City And Commune Of Niemcza. Street Solar Lamps Will Be Brand New, Which Means That The Devices Will Be Unused And Unregenerated, Produced Not Earlier Than In 2024, Complete, Marked With The Ce Sign, And Will Have The Necessary Instructions And Guarantees In Polish. The Order Includes Marking And Securing The Area During Lamp Installation. 3. Investment Works Include (Together With Accompanying Works): A) Delivery, B) Installation, C) Launch/ Commissioning Up To 55 Lighting Solar Sets (Prefabricated Foundation, Steel Pole, Photovoltaic Panel, Lighting Luminaire With Energy Storage And Controller) According To The Technical Specification (Specifying, Among Others, The Minimum Required Technical Parameters/ Location) Annex No. 8 And No. 8A To Swz.
