1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannary Natural Gas (Group E) For The Needs Of The Łużna Commune. 2. The Order Of The Order Includes: The Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Łużna Commune. The Order Applies To 23 Gas Collection Points, Which Are Buildings Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Łużna Commune. An Element Of The Order Is Also The Procedure For Changing The Supplier For Points For Which The Sellers Change Process Takes Place Once Again (I.E. All Points Covered By The Procedure), Including In Cases Requiring The Contracting Authority To Terminate Existing Comprehensive Agreements And To Prepare And Present To The Contracting Authority For The Signature Of All Documents Used To Carry Out These Changes. 3. Imported Supply Parameters: Gas Supplying Will Take Place On The Basis Of Contracts Containing Sales Provisions And Provisions Regarding The Provision Of Gas Transmission / Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement).
