1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Guzówka Kolonia. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Pavement; B) Roadsides. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Bill Of Quantities And Technical Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. 4. The Contractor Includes Providing The Geodetic And Geodetic As -Built Inventory, Including The Location Of The Object On The Ground. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Contract, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Contained In The Contract Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Diligence, Security, Good Quality, Appropriate Organization And Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 6. The Works Referred To Above Should Be Carried Out From The Contractors Materials. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Waste Generated In The Course Of His Own Work And For The Proper Manner Of Dealing With Them, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 797) And The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1219, As Amended). 8. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Works And Materials Used. 9. The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor Is To Meet The Requirements Set Out In Swz. All Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Indicated In Swz Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 10. The Contractor, Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 11. It Is Recommended That The Contractors Assess The Facts, Documents And Information Regarding These Proceedings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Information Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer And To Check And Verify Tender Materials And Immediately Inform The Contracting Authority About Possible Mistakes Or Overlooking. The Employer Will Not Take Into Account Any Claims And Comments From Errors Or Inaccuracies Of Swz After The Deadline For Submitting Possible Comments To The Content Of Swz. 12. The Employer Informs That Submitting An Offer Does Not Have To Be Preceded By A Local Vision Or Checking The Documents Regarding The Order That Is At The Disposal Of The Employer, And Which Will Be Made Available To Entities Reporting Their Willingness To Participate In The Proceedings. 13. The Minimum Required Warranty Period Is 36 Months From The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Report.
