The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1945D Of Technical Class L In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Road For Pedestrians (Pavement), Sewage Construction And Road Widening, Making The Surface Of Existing Conventions, Ordering The Area To The Plot Border - Establishing Lawns, Building Additional Inces And Regulation Of Existing Rainwater Drains, Implementing The Organization Of The Target Traffic. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Preparation, Obtaining The Approval Of The Organization Of The Replacement Traffic For The Duration Of The Abovementioned Works And Its Implementation In The Field. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With All The Requirements Set To The Contractor, Including In The Scope Of Art. 95 And From Art. 438 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Were Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Contract (Project) And Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments. New: The Contracting Authority Guarantees That The Minimum Value Of The Contractors Benefit Will Not Be Lower Than 70% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Value.
