Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Water Devices In The Municipality Of Skąpe For The Purposes Of Eliminating The Effects Of Drought

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Project Entitled Modernization Of Water Devices In The Municipality Of Skąp For The Purposes Of Eliminating The Effects Of Drought, Including: 1) Task No. 1: Reconstruction Of The Rural Pond In The Town Of Pałck For The Needs Of Eliminating The Effects Of Drought, 2) Task No. 2: Reconstruction Of The Rural Pond In The M. Scant For The Needs Of Eliminating The Effects Of Drought, 3) Task No. 3: Reconstruction Of The Rural Pond In For The Purposes Of Eliminating The Effects Of Drought, Referring In Points 1 And 2 Are Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds Program For Lubuskie 2021-2027, While The Task Referred To In Point 3 Is Financed From The Own Income Of The Skąpe Commune. 2. Real Estate Where Construction Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Abovementioned Tasks, They Are The Property Of The Skąpe And Are Located In The Following Towns: 1) For Task No. 1: Pałck - Plot No. 87 (Precinct 0008 Pałck), 2) For Task No. 2: Skąpe - Dz. Reviv. No. 356/1, 356/2 (Precinct 0012 Scanty), 3) For Task No. 3: Rokitnica - Journal Of Laws No. 61 ( Rokitnica). 3. Real Estate Referred To In Para. 3 Above Are Not Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan, And For The Construction Of Ponds It Is Not Required To Obtain A Decision To Determine The Building Conditions. 4. As Part Of The Above Tasks Of The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To Perform The Following Construction Works Covering Water Equipment, The Parameters Of Which Are Described In The Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract: 1) Pumping Water From The Ponds, 2) Removal Of Sovery From The Bottom Of The Joints Mechanically, 3) Removal Of The Spoil And Its Conclusion Within The Joints, 4) Performing Securing The Pond Slopes By Shaping The Slopes With A Slope With A Slope With A Slope With A Slope 1: 1.5 And Building A Geocratic Security With A Geocratic Gr. 10.0 Cm, Width 3.0 M Arranged On A Filtration Geotranine And Filled With Thick Gravel, 5) The Geocrat Is To Be Based On A Palisade Of Wooden Piles With A Diameter Of 10.0-12.0 Cm And 1.5 M Long, 6) Humusing With A Gr. 5.0 Cm, 7) Land Development Around The Joints With Grass Sowing. 5. All Materials Used For Investment By The Contractor Must Have Approvals And Be Allowed For Use In Construction. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Referred To In Para. 9 Below. 6. The Scope Entrusted To The Execution Of The Contractor Will Cover All The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Referred To By The Employer Referred To In Paragraph 9 Below, As Well As From The Point Of View Of A Goal That The Contracting Authority Is To Achieve In The Form Of Ponds For Storage Of Water And For Retention Purposes. 7. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Was Described In Swz, Technical Do
