Parkowa 2 In Dzierżoniów.1.2. Construction Works Include Building The Front Of The Existing Glass Staircase Site Of The Service Building, I.E. A Clinic. Other Elements - Do Not Change. Service Bodies With 3 Floors, Covered With A Flat Roof. The Glass Showwood Is 10.00 M High And A Width Of 3.76 M At The Ground Floor Level I5.76 M At The First And Second Floor Level. 1.3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Accordance With The Building Permit Decision No. 157/2025 Of 27.03.2025. Reconstruction Of The Front Wall Of The Staircase And The Corridor In The Field Of Mounting A Glass Site In A Service Building Located At Parkowa Street In Dzierżoniów, On The Plot Marked With Geodetic Number 96/6, The Center Of The Center. On The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Works In Accordance With The Construction Law.1.4. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) The Execution Of Window Or Door Openings With Metal Frames, B) Ensuring External Tubular Scaffolding Up To 10 M, C) The Export Of Clever Debris, D) Assembly Of Supplementary Structures With A Mass Of The Element. Up To 50 Kg From Cold -Headed Profiles Under A Lightweight Housing With Material, E) Making A Lightweight Wall Insulated Wall Housing With A Traditional Method With Material, F) Mounting Aluminum Windows. 1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Project Documentation, Including The Architectural And Construction Project And The Executive Project, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or In The Drawings At The Same Time In The Description And In The Drawings. Both The Technical Description And Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Contract. 1.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Art, Recommendations Of Investor Supervision, The Documentation Listed In Point 1.5.1.8.
