Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Services In The Field Of Early Support For Childrens Development As Part Of A Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life In 2025

Part 1 - Speech Therapy Classes Package I - In An Estimated Amount Of Up To 100 Hours. The Employer Points Out That The Concept Of The Service Of The Provision Of Services Should Be Understood Only By The Actual Time Of Providing Services For The Child Or For Him (This Time Does Not Include, For Example, The Time Necessary To Move The Service From One Child To Another, If That Person Provides Services In Several Children In One Day). Access To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Classes Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Contractor For Free Of Charge To Implement The Classes, Which Are The Subject Of This Proceeding, Subject To Paragraph 12 Point 2) Below. The Agenda And Place Of Service Will Be Determined In The Schedule Of Classes Established, Taking Into Account The Needs Of Participants Of Individual Therapies In Consultation With The Contractor. Classes Will Take Place On Business Days From Monday To Friday Between 8:00 And 18:00. Classes Will Take Place In Accordance With The Number Of Hours Granted To The Child, Determined By The Employer According To The Agreed Schedule. The Service Provided By Each Of The Persons Addressed To The Implementation Of This Order - Hereinafter Referred To As Specialists, Will Be Conducted Depending On The Childs Needs Up To 5 Hours A Week, In Accordance With § 1 Para. 4 Of The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education Of September 5, 2017 On Detailed Tasks Of Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Centers (Journal Of Laws 2017 Item 1712, As Amended). The Scope Of Specialists Duties Includes: 1) Providing Parents With Specialist Information On The Childs Developmental Problems; 2) Ensuring Teaching And Therapeutic Aids Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task; 3) After The Appointment Of A Team Of Specialists For A Specific Child, Determining The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Support Of The Family; 4) Establishing Cooperation With The Institution In Which The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities To Ensure The Consistency Of Impact; 5) Developing And Implementing With The Child And His Family An Individual Early Development Program In The Part Intended For Individual Specialists; 6) Assessing The Progress And Difficulties In The Functioning Of The Child, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment That Hinders His Activity And Participation In Social Life; 7) Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Help Provided On The Basis Of The Program To The Child And His Family; 8) Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family, 9) Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support; 10) Keeping Documentation, Whose Templates Are Attachments To The Draft Contract; 11) Submission Of Complete Documentation Referred To In Point 10) Above Within A Deadline Up To 14 Calendar Days Fro
