1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Hospital Lipno Sp. Z O.O. In Lipno, Within The Meaning And On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Energy Law, With The Qualitative Standards Specified In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supply Is 1,300 Mwh. 2. The Contractor Shall Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification And Applicable Provisions And Legal Acts, In Particular In Accordance With: 1) The Energy Law Of April 10, 1997 And Executive Acts, 2) Other Legal Acts, Ordinances And Acts Related To The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Specified In Para. 1 The Amount Of Electricity Demand Is An Estimate To Determine The Value Of The Contract, Which Does Not Reflect The Real Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Ordered, Which Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 4. The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place On The Terms Specified In Law, Including Energy Law. 5. The Employer Has An Adapted Measuring And Billing System For Electricity Consumption On Tpa Principles. 6. The Ordering Party Is Connected To The Network Of Distributor Energa-Operator S.A. With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk, Ul. Polish Navy 130, Based On A Contract For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Contract Is Valid For An Indefinite Period. 7. The Current Reserve Seller Of Electricity Is Energa-Obroty S.A. With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk. 8. The Contracting Authority Has No Concluded Contracts/Annexes As Part Of Promotional Loyalty Campaigns That Prevent The Conclusion Of A New Sales Contract. 9. The Employer Informs That A Possible Procedure For Changing The Electricity Seller Will Be Carried Out For The 14Th Time. 10. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractor To The Appropriate Power Of Attorney Selected In The Tender Procedure For Notification On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Of The Concluded Contract For The Sale Of Electricity To The Dso And The Performance Of Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Seller At The Dso According To The Template Used By The Contractor, And Provides All Necessary Information Related To This, Including: - Company Name And Address; - Description Of The Collection Point; - Address Point Address (Town, Street, Premises, Code, Municipality); - Tariff Group (Current And New); - Contractual Power; - Planned Annual Energy Consumption; - Meter Number; - Distribution System Operator; - Name Of The Current Seller - Number Of The Current Contract - Date Of Conclusion And Notice Period Of The Current Contract - Ppe Registration Number 11.
