Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) Including The Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services For The Needs Of The District Prosecutors Office In Nowy Sącz And Subordinate Units

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannary Natural Gas (Group E) Including The Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services For The Needs Of The District Prosecutors Office And Subordinate Units Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.2. The Commencement Of Natural Gas Supplies Referred To In Paragraph 1 Will Take Place Not Earlier Than After The Effective Termination Of The Current Comprehensive Contracts For The Sale Of Gas Fuel With Current Sellers. 3. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement, A Statement Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Performed On The Conditions Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1197 Energy Law, The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code And Executive Acts To The Abovementioned Set 4. Gas Supplies Will Take Place To Gas Collection Points (Ppg), Used To Connect Internal Networks, Which Are Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 5. A Detailed List Of Gas Collection Points, Tariff Groups, Contractual Powers And The Planned Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumption Are Specified In Annex 3 To Swz, Which Is Also A Price Form.
