1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Construction And Technical Design For The Reconstruction Of Grottgera Street In Jastrzębie-Zdrój-A Section Of Approx. 600 Meters. The Order Includes: 1) Designing: A) Construction Of A D -Class Road - One -Car, One -Lane, Two -Way 3.5M Wide With One -Sided Side, 1M Width - On The Section From Ul. Libowiec To Ul. Okrzei, In The Trail Of Grottgera Street; B) Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Ul. Grottgera With Ul. Okrzei; C) Reconstruction Of Exits And Reach The Property; D) Construction Of Two Sections Of The Road With One Road And Two Lanes To Enable Vehicles; E) Construction And Reconstruction Of The Lighting Network; F) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System And Strengthening Of An Existing Ditch (At A Length Of Min. 50.0M) Draining Surface Water Ultimately To The Ruptawianka Watercourse- To Which It Is Planned To Introduce Water From Dehydration Of The Road; G) Reconstruction And Protection Of Colliding Underground, Ground And Above-Ground Devices; H) Division Of Real Estate Due To The Need For Interference In Plots Neighboring Plots With A Belt. Road; I) Permanent Traffic Organization From The Intersection Region Throughout The Investment Impact. 2) Implementation (Obtaining) Of Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task; 3) Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Entire Project, Including Industry Supervisors. The Setting Scope Of The Task Was Included In The Designed Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 7 To Swz) And A Situational Map (Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz).
