Tenders are invited for Construction of National Water Resources Management Data Center Building for Remaining Work Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: - The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of US$591,000.00 - Minimum average construction annual turnover of US$4.725 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (2022-2024). - Bidders are required to have satisfactory experience as a contractor, Joint venture partner, or subcontractor in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds US$2.658 million. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on: the physical size (e.g. concrete building footprint with the minimum size of 1,000 m2 , minimum number of 6 floors), nature of works (e.g., concrete and walling, interior finishing, roofing, insulation and protection), architecture style (e.g. Khmer architectural style), specific building functions (such as office, conference centre, data centre, dissemination centre), working in a highly restricted area, complex MEP (such as sprinkler systems, on-site wastewater treatment, water harvesting), methods (pre-cast/pre-stressed/bore piling work, on-/off-site batching for concrete, concrete pumping, common brick-/blockwork versus light weight exterior and interior walling), technology (type of drilling for bore piles, manual/automated batching, use of low energy inherent materials, harvesting and recycling of water) or other characteristics as described in Section 6, Employers Requirements.
