With This Public European Tender, The Municipality Of Apeldoorn Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Office Supplies To Its Various Departments And Locations. The Aim Is To Realize An Efficient And Cost -Effective Purchasing Of Office Supplies Through A Single Framework Agreement, Whereby The Municipal Departments Can Place Their Specific Orders With The Contractor Independently And Without The Need For Individual Tendering Procedures. The Framework Agreement Offers The Possibility To Purchase A Wide Range Of Office Supplies Ranging From Stationery, Paper And Archiving Materials To Hygiene Resources, In A Flexible And Standardized Manner. The Order Value For The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Maximized At 150% Of The Estimated Amount As Stated In The Descriptive Document In The Case Of Size Of Assignment. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excl. Vat Of This Tender And The Resulting Framework Agreement Of € 600,000.
