The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is: Repair Activities And A New Construction Of Sidewalks, Alley, Pavement And Asphalt Pavements, Parking Lots, Improvement And Park Development On The Territory Of The East Region, Plovdiv Municipality In Two Lots, Namely: Lot # 1: Repair Activities And New Construction Of Sidewalks, Alley, Pavement And Asphalt Pavements, Parking Lots, Improvement And Park Development On The Territory Of Eastern District, Municipality Of Plovdiv Lot 2: Delivery And Installation Of Anti -Parking Elements The Execution Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Aims To Enrich The Sidewalks And Pedestrian Zones On The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, The Eastern District, The Provision Of An Accessible Environment For Disadvantaged People, The Construction Of Regulated Areas For Parking Of Vehicles. Providing A Ban On Parking Of A Vehicle On Sidewalks And Pedestrian Areas By Placing Anti -Parking Elements, Repair And Construction Of Parking Lots And Bicycle Lanes. It Is Envisaged To Replace The Old Sidewalk In Places Where It Is In Poor Condition With A New High -End, Rearrangement Of The Existing Sidewalk And Pavement; Repair And Construction Of Underground And Above Ground Infrastructure /Drainage And Irrigation Systems, Street Lighting And Pipe Sewer Network. It Aims To Reduce The Level Of Noise Load And Improve And Protect The Purity Of The Air. Considering The Estimated Value Of A Lot 2 - 79 900 Bgn Without Vat, The Total Value Of The Contract - Bgn 3,000,000 Excluding Vat, As Well As The Fact That The Estimated Value Of A Lot 2 Is Below 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order And In View Of The Provision Of Art. 21, Para 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, For The Award Of The Contract Under A Lot 2, The Norm Of Art. 20, Para 4, Item 1 Of The Ppa For Direct Award. The Contracting Authority Seizes The Opportunity To Outsource The Execution Of A Lot Delivery And Installation Of Anti -Parking Elements (According To Its Individual Value) On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. This Circumstance Will Also Be Indicated In The Announcement Of The Order.
