The Contract Deals With The Delivery Of Advice For The Construction Of A New Heating Center (Smc). The Plant Must Be Erected At Bar Mark And Requirements Are Made On The Architectural Expression Of The New Building. The Building Will Be Placed On The Old Coal Site, North Of The Swan Mill. The Volume Of The Building Is Given In Advance, As Well As The Overall Decor. The Total Construction Sum Is Estimated At 1,250 Mdkk. Resource Costs (External And Internal Time Costs) Are Not Included In The Construction Sum. The Advisory Tasks (This Tender) Deal With Technical Advice And Assistance In All Phases, Cf. The Advice Is Offered As Shared Advice With Design Responsibility, Where There Is Partly Usual Advice And Resource Loan, Depending On The Part Agreement. The Consultancy Services Are In Total Divided Into 11 Sub -Agreements, Each Offered As An Independent Tender. The Sub -Agreement For The Heat Accumulator Includes The Delivery Of Technical Advice For Specification, Procurement, Professional Supervision And Commissioning On The Machine Side With One Sub -Project Manager, As Well As One Subject Specialist As Primary Key Persons. The Sub -Project Manager Will Refer To The Project Manager Throughout The Period. It Must Be Calculated With Close Cooperation With The Architect With Regard To Facade Solutions And Other Visible Plant Parts (Stair Tower, Pipes, Etc.). Participate In The Project Team Meetings As Well As Other Project -Related Meetings. • Responsible For Retail Design And Quality Assurance, Resource Adaptation, Competencies, As Well As Support And Professional Supervision, From The Design Phase And Even The Closing Phase. • The Sub -Project Managers Are Responsible For The Preparation And Maintenance Of Retail Time Plan Based On The Suppliers Prepared Work Plans. The Sub -Project Managers Must Ensure Compliance With The Main Schedule. • Determine Innovative And Optimal Process Design/Technology Choices In Collaboration With Project Manager. • Contribute To The Preparation Of Evaluation Criteria For Engineering And Quality In Deliveries. • Advisor Must Prepare Proposals For Quality Plan For The Individual Part Agreements. • Prepare Technical Requirements Specifications For Tendering And Participate In Negotiations As Well As Evaluation Of Tenders For The Contract. Advisor Is Responsible For Evaluating The Technical Part Of The Tender. • The Sub -Project Managers Conduct Risk Analysis And Management Throughout The Project Process With Monthly Reports For Project Management. • Coordination And Voting With Suppliers Regarding The Exchange Of Project Data And Coordination Of Construction Site. • Advisor Must Provide Monthly Status Report To Project Manager, Containing S-Curve For Ten
