The Subject Of The Contract Is: Production Of Project Documentation Of The Pzi For The Green Neighborhood-Renovation Of Stantet Street 1-19 And Kardelj Square 4-9. The Preparation Of Project Documentation And The Implementation Of The Design Services Is Divided Into Three Phases, Namely: Phase 1, Represents The Preparation Of The Draft Pzi On The Basis Of Which The Final Census Will Be Possible To Produce Pre -Indentations And The Design Assessment Of The Value Of The Works And Begins To Be Carried Out Immediately After The Signing Of The Contract. The Deadline For The Preparation And Submission Of Documentation Is 10/31/2025. 2. Phase, Represents The Preparation Of The Final Pzi Projects And Begins To Be Implemented After Confirming The Documentation From The First Phase And The Consent Of The Client For The Implementation Of The Second Phase. The Deadline For The Preparation And Submission Of Documentation Is 05/12/2025. 3. Phase, Represents The Implementation Of The Design Control And Is Related To The Implementation Of The Goi Works. 3. The Phase Is Not Yet Awarded At This Stage Of The Contract. Namely, The Design Supervision Represents A Pre-Foreseen Change, In Accordance With Paragraph 1 Of Article 95 Of The Ppl-3 And Is Submitted By Concluding An Annex To The Contract With The Selected Contractor, Provided That The Goi Works Will Occur. 3. Phase Is Expected To Be Held In 2027.
