Later Regulations (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Cadastral Decree”). The Design Of The Kpo Will Be Processed So That It Can Be Entered In The Land Register. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Decision Of The Land Office To Approve The Proposal Of Land Consolidation And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal Of The Kpú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Division, Which Precisely Corresponds To The Requirements Referred To In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For The Implementation Of Land Consolidation And The Requirements Of The Land Consolidation, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”).
