Expression of Interest for Facility Management of Plaza The scope of service shall include but not limited to day-to-day administration and maintenance of the facilities in the Plaza, space management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, preparation of budget for the running of the plaza, collection of rent and coordination of vendors activities, allocation of shops, provision of adequate security and insurance to safeguard lives and properties of the tenants, customers, students and other relevant stakeholders in the Plaza, supply of electricity and water to the plaza.
