Performing Supervision Over The Design And Implementation Of Works And Management Of Contracts Entitled: 1) Project And Construction Of The A2 Motorway From The Biała Podlasie Node To Greek Of The State; Section X From The Biała Podlasie Junction (Without A Node) To Km Of Approx. 641+011 2) Design And Construction Of The A2 Motorway From The Biała Podlasie Node; Section Xi From Km Around 641+011 To The Dobryń Node (With A Knot) At A Km Of Approx. 650+287 , On The Conditions Set Out In The Contract With The Consultant And In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions For The Investment Task. The Service Includes The Consultants Performance Of Obligations In Accordance With The Contract, Based On The Owk And Swk, In Particular: A) Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Date Of Issuing The Final Payment Certificate, B) Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Area With The Employer, Including, Among Others Contract, D) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Diligent Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, F) Supervising Design Work And Robots In The Field Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Contract, Resulting In The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted Under The Public Procurement Law.
