The Subject Of This Agreement Is Not Subdivided Into Sections, Due To Its Architectural Work And Complementarity And Interdependencies, Namely The High Interoperability Requirements Necessary To Ensure On The One Hand Between The Operating (Subsystems) Operating Units That Will Be Developed Within The Framework Of This Project. Offers Are Accepted For All The Services Described. The Estimated Value Of This Contract Amounts To € 1,611,380,00 Including Vat (Vat Budget: € 1,299,500,00 Vat: 311,880,00 €). Following The Conclusion Of The Original Contract, During The Implementation Of The Project And Prior To The Expiry Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Decide To Exercise An Option By Increasing The Physical Object Of The Project (As Described Herein) To Thirty Percent (30%) Of The Contract.
