Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy - Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The Cracow University Of Technology In A Fixed Price Model. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity In A Fixed Price Model, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Hereinafter: The Ep) By The Cracow University Of Technology To Electricity Collection Points. This Order Does Not Include Electricity Distribution Services. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Containing Locations And Description Of Electricity Acceptance Points, Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Have A Concluded And Applicable Contract, I.E. A General Distribution Agreement With A Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter: Osd), On The Basis Of Which It Can Sell Electricity Via The Dso Distribution Network To All Facilities Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz.
