Expression of Interest For Process Evaluation Of Health System Innovation Pilots In Gujarat State, India

Expression of Interest are invited for Process Evaluation of Health System Innovation Pilots in Gujarat State, India The objective of this consultancy is to implement a process evaluation of 6 pilots implemented in Gujarat State. The study will assess the preliminary stage of the implementation to inform course correction and potential for future scale up. The consultant/firm will use the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research1 to describe the intervention and the context (inner and outer) of each pilot. The consultant/firm shall gather and analyze data to answer the following research questions using the Proctor taxonomy and definitions of implementation outcomes. Data sources will include Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with implementors and district and state officials, In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) with users, and program documents where appropriate.
