Construction Work - Future Heat Leiden: Open Excavation. In The Leiden Region, Vattenfall Owns And Operates A District Heating Network With A Peak Power Of Approximately 120 Mw And An Average Annual Heat Demand (Productive) Of Around 1 Million Gj. The Heat Network Was Laid Out In The 1980S And Is Skilled At High Temperatures. The Heat Is Currently Supplied By Uniper (Gas-Fired Chp, Peak And Backup). Vattenfall Will Deliver Residual Heat From The Rotterdam Ports To The Heat Network In The Leiden Region. The Heat Will Be Transported To Leiden Via Warmtelinq, After Which Vattenfall Distributes The Heat To The Customers. Vattenfall Is Building A Peak And Backup Installation (P&U) In Leiden For This. The P & Bu Will Be Built Next To The A44 Motorway, At The Intersection With The N206. The P & Bu Must Then Be Connected To The Current City Heating Network By Means Of A New Pipe. This Work Is Part Of The Future Heat Leiden Project, Which Consists Of The Following Parts: - Heat Transfer Station (Wos) Vondelingenplaat, Where The Heat Of The Rotterdam Vattenfall Heat Network Is Put On The Warmtelinq - Heat Transmission Station (Wos) Vondelingenplaat, Where The Heat Of The Rotterdam Vattenfall Heat Network Is Warmed Up - The B & Bub - The B & Bub - The B & Bub - The B & Bean, The B & Bean, The B & Bub, The B & Bub, The B & Bub, The B & Bean, One, The B & Bean, The B & Bean, The B & Bean - The B & Bub. And Gas Boilers - The Connecting Line Open Excavation (Lot 2): The Management Of The P&U To The Existing Network. (This Is Involved In This Tender) Material Is Supplied By The Client Via Management Delivery. - The Hdd Boring Connection Line (Lot 3): Boring To The P & Bu Location From The Kop Van Leeuwenhoek. This Tender Contains The Construction Of The Dn600/800 Heat Pipe From This New P & Bu Facility To The Existing Network. The Project Area Is Located Near The University Site Of Leiden, The Biosciencepark. The Route, So Only Supply Consists Of 741 M St-Pur-Pe And 20 M Sis In Open Excavation And The Preparation Of The Drill Strands Consisting Of 285 M St-Pur-Pe. The P & Bu (Heat Buffer And Gas Boilers) Will Be Put Into Operation 21-9-2026, And With That Will Also Be This Heat Pipeline In Operation. The Heat Commissioning Starts July 13, 2026. The Commissioning Of The Warmtelinq Follows At A Later Time
