Prior Information Notice For Civil Engineering Consultancy Services - Advice For The Construction Of A New Heating Center At Svanemøllen. Sub -Agreement 9 - Contract - 6 Subject Specialists For Heat Pump (Resource Department). The Contract Deals With The Delivery Of Advice For The Construction Of A New Heating Center (Smc). The Plant Must Be Erected At Bar Mark And Requirements Are Made On The Architectural Expression Of The New Building. The Building Will Be Placed On The Old Coal Site, North Of The Swan Mill. The Volume Of The Building Is Given In Advance, As Well As The Overall Decor. The Total Construction Sum Is Estimated At 1,250 Mdkk. Resource Costs (External And Internal Time Costs) Are Not Included In The Construction Sum. The Advisory Tasks (This Tender) Deal With Technical Advice And Assistance In All Phases, Cf. Hofors Project Model Ppl - Professional Project Management. The Advice Is Offered As Shared Advice With Design Responsibility, Where There Is Partly Usual Advice And Resource Loan, Depending On The Part Agreement. Hofors Background For Tendering Shared Advice Is That A Project Team Will Be Put Together With The Best Partners In The Market For The Implementation Of The Project. For Further Information And Tasks And Services, Refer To The Project, Assignment And Benefit Description Attached To This Tender. The Consultancy Services Are In Total Divided Into 11 Sub -Agreements, Each Offered As An Independent Tender. This Sub-Agreement Includes The Delivery Of Technical Advice On The Electricity And Sro Contracts, Where The Consultants Specialist Specialists Will Refer To Hofors Sub-Project Manager. They Refer To The Sub -Project Manager Until The End Of The Design Phase, After Which They Report To The Construction Manager During The Assembly Phase And To The Commissioning Manager During The Commissioning. The Subject Specialists Attend Project Meetings As Needed. Tasks And Responsibilities Under The Part Agreement Are As The Following: • Represented An Advisor With Reference To Sub -Project Manager, Including Attending The Project Team Meetings And Other Project -Related Meetings. • Advisor Must Prepare Proposals For Quality Plan For The Individual Part Agreements. • Design/Dimension Systems (Retail Design And Calculation), Including Determining Innovative And Optimal Process Design/Technology Choices In Collaboration With Sub -Project Manager And Hofor. • Advisor Must Provide Monthly Status Report To Sub-Project Manager, Containing S-Curve For Hours, Realized And Disposed Costs And Estimate Of The Overall Economy. • Coordination And Voting With Suppliers Regarding The Exchange Of Project Data And Coordination Of Construction Site. • Parallel Design Of Deliveries And Building Delivery, And Adviser Must Therefore Continuously Coordinate Its Design (Calculations And Drawing Base) Against Suppliers, As Well As Proactively Seek This Coordination. • Continuous Coordination In Connection With Assembly Work, Including Coordination With Suppliers Around Construction Site, Cranes, Schedules, Mounting Requirements And The Like. • Contribute To The Preparation Of Evaluation Criteria For Technique And Quality In Living Rancers. • Prepare Technical Requirements Specifications For Tendering And Participate In Negotiations As Well As Evaluation Of Offers On The Contract. Advisor Is Responsible For Evaluating The Technical Part Of The Tender. • Participate In Construction And Commissioning
