Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations - Now Primary Technical Equipment Of The Buildings Of The French Community Commission. The French Community Commission (Cocof) Introduced Into Its Strategic Plan Rationalization And Optimization Of The Management Of Its Assets. This Can Only Be Done If A Maintenance And Renovation Plan Is Reflected, Expressed And Organized For All The Buildings Of Which The Cocof Is The Long -Term Owner Or Tenant. The Cocof (Hereinafter The Contracting Authority) Currently Occupy A Set Of Buildings As Taken Up In The Appendix For A Total Of +/- 136,000 M². These Are Mainly School Buildings But Also Office Buildings, Cultural And Sporting Equipment. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Install A Multi-Technical Maintenance Company Mainly For Primary Equipment (Hvac, Electricity, Sanitary And Compressed Air) Which Will Work In Collaboration With Its Internal Team. To Date, The Contracting Authority Is Collaborating With A Certain Number Of Contractors For Specific Missions (See Annex). The Intention Of The Contracting Authority Is To Launch A New Contract For A Period Of 6 Years Comprising Between The Following The Following Elements: - Tools To Verify Compliance With The Contractual Obligations Of The Contractor With The Implementation Of Level Of Service Indicators (Kpi/Sla); - Implementation Of A Self-Control To Be Carried Out By The Contractor In Order To Verify That The Level Of Service Is Respected; - Tool And Staff To Be Implemented By The Contractor For The Proper Functioning Of The Helpdesk; - Definitions Of The Minimum Means To Be Implemented In The Context Of The Execution Of The Contract.
