Construction -Site Supervision Services - Selection Of A Contractor For Evaluating The Conformity Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision In The Implementation Of Engineering - Reconstruction Of The Street Network, Pedestrian Zones And Park Spaces On The Territory Of Ihtiman. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Following Activities:  Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Spa;  Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Part Constructive Of The Investment Projects Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spa.  Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction, In Accordance With Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). The Scope Of The Activities For Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction Is In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Establishment Of The Site Into Operation.  Performing The Function Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work In The Execution Of Construction Works.  Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 And The Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spa. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Document.
