Request for proposals for Provision of Consultancy Services to Conduct Stakeholder and Employee Satisfaction Surveys for the National Housing Enterprise for a Period of Three (3) Years. Issued on: 21 May 2025 Closing Date: 07 July 2025 The purpose of this consultancy service is for the organisation: a) Conduct the customer satisfaction survey using appropriate tools to get appropriate feedback. b) Conduct the employee climate survey using appropriate tools to garner appropriate feedback. c) Develop questionnaires for both surveys in close collaboration with NHE to ensure that the required information is included and will be obtained through the interviews. d) At least 50 questionnaires to be administered telephonically. e) The customer satisfaction survey will sample 100 participants while the employee climate survey will include all NHE staff. f) The structure of the questionnaires involves the use of both closed-ended (precoded) questions and some open-ended questions which require thorough probing from the interviewer to ensure that the meaning and context of the answer is grasped fully. g) The agency will develop the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and Employee Satisfaction Reports for presentation to NHE. h) Reports will be presented in two (2) hard copies and in electronic format. i) Clean data sets (in Excel format) as well as executive summaries will be provided in electronic format for further analysis and future use by NHE. j) Propose recommendations for implementation based on survey results. k) The entire survey process and results will be treated with strict confidentiality.
