Tenders are invited for Statewide Day Use Mooring Buoy Program Management The State Of Hawaii, Department Of Land And Natural Resources (Dlnr), Division Of Aquatic Resources (Dlnr-Dar) Is Responsible For The Protection And Restoration Of Coral Reef Resources In Locations Throughout The State. Day-Use Mooring Buoys Provide Safe Anchorage To Commercial And Recreational Boaters While Preventing Impacts To Sensitive Aquatic Habitats Like Coral Reefs. The Purpose Of This Solicitation Is To Contract Support For The Dmb Program Through Five Tasks Across A Performance Period Of Twelve (12) Months.
