The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure The Customers Need For Access To Consulting Services Within Special Areas Of The Extent That These Cannot Be Solved Through The Clients Existing Agreements On Consulting Services, As Well As Smaller Areas Where Existing Agreements Are Not Adequate.
