The Municipality Of Utrecht Intends To Start Tendering The Wmo Additional Care In The Neighborhood In September 2025. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude One Agreement With A Provider Who Is Able And Willing To Perform This Services For The Municipality. Before We Want To Proceed To Final Publication Of The Tender, We Submit This Draft Purchasing Document To The Market. The Purpose Of This Concept Of Purchasing Document Is Two -Fold. On The One Hand, It Is Intended To Provide The Providers Field Into The Dialogue -Oriented Procurement Procedure And The Associated Requirements And Criteria That We Currently Have In Mind. On The Other Hand, We Want To Give The Providers The Opportunity To Ask Questions About The Proposed Procedure And Suggestions For Improvement So That We Will Soon Be Able To Perform The Best Possible Tender In The Final Publication.
