The Contracting Authority Intends To Start A Tender For Contracting One Contractor For The Deployment Of Dutch Sign Languages (Hereinafter: Ngt-Tolken) And Writing Interpreters. The Ngt Interpreters Are Used During The Weekly Question Hour And For Important Debates And The General Reflections Of The House Of Representatives. The Make-Up Of The Ngt-Tolken Is Part Of The Assignment. Writing Interpreters Must Be Used In Committee Meetings. Ngt -Tolken Including Make -Up Wants To Use The House Of Representatives Via A Live Stream During The Following Events: - Weekly Oral Question Time (On Average 35 Times A Year, On Tuesday At 2:00 Pm); - Important Debates (On Average 10 Per Year); - General Political Considerations (On Average 1 Per Year). The House Of Representatives Also Wishes To Use Writing Interpreters In The Future In Committee Meetings; In Principle Two Committee Meetings Of Two To Three Hours A Month. This Takes Approximately Four Hours Per Meeting (Including Arrival And Departure).
