For Delivery Of A Full On Course Graphics Solution. The Maximum Value Of This Framework Agreement Will Not Exceed €800,000. Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (Ihrb), Cork Racecourse Mallow And Curragh Racecourse Limited While Not Subsidiaries Of Horse Racing Ireland, Are Closely Affiliated With Hri And May Avail Of This Framework Should The Need Arise. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Use This Framework For Any Other Business Venture Or Industry Body In Which It Is Involved. Tote Ireland Requires A Comprehensive Graphics System To Deliver Course Information Such As Pricing, Horse Names, Jockeys, Trainer Time Form Stars, And Graphics Across All 26 Irish Racecourses. The System Must Support Both Fixed And Temporary Locations, Ensuring Reliable Transmission Of Defined Channels. The Selected Supplier Must Provide A Complete Solution That Encompasses Infrastructure, Hardware, Software, Remote Monitoring, Deployment, And Commissioning.
