The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design And Execution Of Construction Related To Activities Under Annex 1 To The Public Procurement Law Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1, B. A Of The Public Procurement Act And Has The Subject Of Design, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Vacuum Generator For Ha4 Of The Orpheus Panel, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Following Activities: First Stage - Preparation Of A Working Project; Second Stage - Delivery Of Equipment, Incl. Performing Factory Tests; Third Stage - Installation, Training And Commissioning. Consideration Of The Tenders: On The Grounds Of Art. 104 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Pre -Selection. The Actions Of The Commission Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppop).
