Purchasing A New Hospital Elevator System For The Needs Of Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven Ad The Execution Of The Order Covers: 1. Design And Production Of A Hospital Elevator System 2. Dismantling Of The Existing Elevator System; 3. Delivery Of One New Hospital Elevator System; 4. Installation/Installation Of The Delivered New Elevator System; 5. Inspections, Tests And All Other Activities For Assessing And Certifying Compliance And Commissioning Of The New Elevator System. 6. Warranty Maintenance And Service. The Deadline For The Design, Production, Dismantling, Installation And Commissioning Of The Elevator System Is Proposed By The Participant, But Should Be No Longer Than 3 / Three / Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract. Payment Method: 1. Advance Payment Of 30% To 10 / Ten / Working Days After Signing The Contract And Submission Of An Invoice Issued By The Contractor. 2. Intermediate Payment Of 50% To 10 / Ten / Working Days Upon Delivery Of The Entire Elevator System After Submission Of The Following Documents: - Acceptance Protocol For The Delivery Of The Lift - Submission By The Contractor Of The Documents Necessary For The Registration Of The Elevator According To Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2, Item 3, And Item 7 Of The Ordinance On The Safe Operation And The Technical Supervision Of Lifts In Duplicate Of The Contracting Authority; - An Invoice Issued By The Contractor And Signed By The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By Him Containing All Legal Requisites. 3. Final Payment Of 20% To 10 / Ten / Working Days After Installation And The Committee On Final Control And Presentation Of An Invoice Issued By The Contractor And Signed By The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By Him, Containing All Legal Requisites. Delivery Requirements: 1. The Assignor Proposed By The Participants Must Be A Factory, Unused, Unused, Unmanaged And Manufactured No Earlier Than 01.2025. 2 The Proposed Elevator System Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority Or Have Better Parameters. 3. The Delivered Elevator Should Include All The Basic Safety Requirements Necessary For Its Proper Operation And Everything Else By Which The Manufacturer Has Announced That The Offered Elevator Is Being Completed, As Well As A Guide To Use In Bulgarian. Warranty Period: Warranty Service Of The Delivered Elevator System: Not Less Than 24 / Twenty-Four / Months From The Date Of Signing The Protocol By The Commission For Final Control.
