The Supplied Devices And Components Must Be New, Unused, Unloaded. Sensitive Information Annex 1 - Technical Specifications - Non -Public Part Is Not Publicly Accessible Due To Sensitive Information. The Contracting Authority Therefore Condition The Provision Of Annex 1 By Accepting Reasonable Measures To Protect The Intimate Nature Of The Information Contained In This Annex, In Accordance With Section 96 (2) In Conjunction With Section 36 (8) Of The Act. As A Reasonable Measure Within The Meaning Of This Provision, The Contracting Authority Has Determined The Following Condition: - The Contracting Authority Shall Provide Annex 1 - Technical Specifications - The Non -Public Part Of The Supplier In Electronic Form Solely And Exclusively On The Basis Of The Suppliers Electronic Request, Or From The Acceptance Of Annex 2. - The Contracting Authority Shall Provide Annex 1 No Later Than 3 Working Days Of Its Written (Electronic) Delivery Of Signed Annex 2 Zd. Annex 2 Will Be Signed By A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of Or With A Participant (In A Simple Copy). In The Case Of Authorization Of The Signing Person, A Power Of Attorney Will Also Be Enclosed (The Contracting Authority Is Sufficient By A Simple Copy)
