Part Of The Framework Agreement Is To Provide On -Site Management, Commissioning, And Other Related Scenic Tasks Based On The Need For On -Site Management, Which Includes Special, Unique Carpenter, Locksmith, Painter And Sculptural Tasks. Planned At Least 600 M2 (Portal Opening X Stage Depth To The Horizon) Is Designed To Serve Scenery Suitable For Serving The Stage And Designed To Serve A Minimum Of 300 M2 Stone Theater Stage. In Part 2 Of The Framework Agreement (Competition Reopening Phase): In Addition To All Quantities Specified In The Technical Description, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Draw Up To 10-10 % Options In Addition To All Quantities Specified In The Technical Description. The Contracting Authority Provides The Competition At The Reopening Phase Of The Set Of Sets, Artwork And Priced Budget For The Successful Tenderer (S). The Scenery Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Plans Handed Over. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contracting Authority To Determine The Materials To Be Used For The Scenery. The Successful Tenderer Is Responsible For Implementing The Scenery In The Second Phase Of The Procurement Procedure With The Content Contained In The Technical Documentation. The Contractor Must Be Shipped To The Set Time Specified By The Contracting Authority. When Manufacturing And Incorporating The Scenery, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Regulations And Technical Conditions In Force At The Contracting Authority, The Necessary Certificates, Certificates, The Winning Tenderer/Scenery Manufacturer Shall Hand Over To The Contracting Authority (Warranty Ticket, The Contractor Must Inform The Contracting Authority Of The Contractor Of The Installation Schedule.
